So as of Thursday night, I officially finished Avatar: the Last Airbender.  It literally only took me 5 days to watch it. :D  I'm very glad I did finally get around to seeing it, because the show is as amazing as everyone has been telling me.  And it plugs in a couple holes that I didn't quite get with Legend of Korra. So going onto the LoK, I figured I wanted to give my input into the latest episode that was aired.  Warning to anyone who hasn't seen the episode, there will be spoilers. So I know this might sound a little blasphemous, but up until this Saturday, I had never seen an episode of Avatar: The Last Airbender. *ducks in cover as people throw rocks at me* So how did my 19-year-old self finally decide to get into this show that so many people admire? The Legend of Korra. I know what some of you may be thinking: Why would she watch the sequel series (if you could even really call it that) before seeing the original?  To start, I did know quite a bit about ATLA.  I understood enough about their world of Avatars and bending that I never really felt confused watching the first two episodes of the Legend of Korra.  Su

I'm back at my second semester of college, on of the actual three semesters that I have.  Yes, we're on trimesters here, but the last one is only six-weeks long.  Luckily.  It's a nice way to get some of my least favorite distributions covered, like all the science courses I need to take.  Ugh.  Me and science don't click.  My philosophy=God made universe, it does stuff, the end.  Although most of the students here, and most of my friends, tend to disagree with me.
